We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to act as the main conduit within the product development team, utilising agile practices to translate complex business needs into clear software requirements and specifications. Working alongside Project Managers, you will leverage your leadership and influence to facilitate stakeholder discussions and perform deep business analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Gain a thorough understanding of the clients' business and be able to gather, refine and articulate their needs, including functions, processes, workflows using a defined methodology including workshop facilitation and stakeholder interviews.
- Analyze user requirements and deliver key artifacts-including domain modeling, workflows, user stories, and interface designs by collaborating with diverse stakeholders from across the organization.
- Able to lead a project from a BA perspective, running project inceptions, release planning, iteration planning & tracking, breaking work into logical milestones and gaining data to help with expectation management.




- Provide training and mentoring for the other team members.
- Work closely with the project team members to ensure that the product meets the agreed requirements and to ensure that the product is of a high quality.
- Lead, coach, mentor others in the production of high quality software and the analysis and capturing of requirements, documentation of requirements and management of requirements using different agile practices.
- Can lead and coach others to lead agile ceremonies (stand up, retro, showcases, workshops, inceptions etc.) through visualisation techniques

Key Criteria

- 10+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst working in a team setting
- Has a solid understanding of Agile system of work and understands how to identify areas of improvement and influence change
- Has worked on a large range of different projects with different teams
- Strong organisation and facilitation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with a range of personnel at all levels of the company.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira and Hubspot (is not mandatory but highly regarded)
