Key Responsibilities
Drive sales volume across the complete, rapidly expanding GWM and Haval new and used vehicle inventory.
Lead and mentor the sales team through ongoing training, performance tracking, and direct deal coaching.
Manage dealership inventory , including showroom stock allocation, trade-in valuations, and pipeline forecasting for upcoming models.
Maintain high satisfaction scores by enforcing professional customer service standards.
Execute marketing strategies in coordination with dealer group management to increase local foot traffic.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 3+ years of automotive dealership sales management or 2IC experience.
Strong track record of hitting volume sales targets and closing financing deals.
Exceptional communication skills to lead staff and resolve customer issues smoothly.
Valid QLD Driver's Licence and a current Sales Licence.
Deep knowledge of the local Brisbane/Logan automotive market.
