What You'll Be Doing

- Owning the roadmap and ongoing improvement of the Genesys CCaaS platform




- Working closely with contact centre and customer facing teams to understand needs
- Managing platform requirements, prioritisation, and scope end to end
- Coordinating testing, releases, and communication around platform changes
- Partnering with technology and business stakeholders on platform direction
- Managing supplier performance where relevant to the platform

What We're Looking For

- Genuine, hands on experience with the Genesys CCaaS platform
- Experience owning a customer facing or contact centre platform end to end
- Comfortable working in a regulated, structured environment
- Robust stakeholder communication, particularly with non technical business leaders
