Site Manager | Developer-Builder | $40M Integrated Healthcare & Commercial Project | Gosford

A well-established developer-builder with over 20 years' experience is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team on a $40M integrated healthcare and commercial development in Gosford.

This is an opportunity to join a relationship-led business with an excellent reputation for delivering projects across healthcare, education, commercial and community sectors , backed by a strong pipeline of future work throughout the Central Coast, Newcastle and Northern NSW.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day site delivery on a nine-storey concrete structure currently at Level 1 formwork , with approximately 16 months remaining on the programme.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Driving the construction programme and maintaining look-ahead planning.
- Managing structure through to façade, services and warm-shell delivery.
- Coordinating subcontractors and holding trades accountable for programme, quality and safety.
- Leading site teams and maintaining a secure, organised and productive site.
- Working closely with the Project Manager, Project Director and wider delivery team.




- Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Proven experience delivering multi-level concrete-frame projects as the lead Site Manager.
- Strong experience managing structure, façade and services coordination .
- Excellent planning, sequencing and subcontractor management skills.
- A collaborative leadership style with the confidence to hold trades accountable.
- Experience delivering projects within healthcare, education, commercial, institutional or mixed-use sectors will be highly regarded.
- A stable employment history and strong references.
