The Opportunity

As our Human Resources Business Partner, you will partner with leaders across the business to deliver practical, commercially focused People & Culture solutions that support business performance and employee engagement. Working closely with the General Manager – People, Culture & Safety, you'll provide expert advice across the full employee lifecycle while driving continuous improvement in HR practices, systems and initiatives. This is a true generalist role offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with leaders across the business to provide trusted HR advice and support on a broad range of people matters.
- Support the delivery of key People & Culture initiatives, including performance management, talent development, succession planning and workforce planning.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Provide guidance on employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations, performance, disciplinary processes and policy interpretation.
- Coach and build leadership capability by supporting managers with people management best practice.




- Drive employee engagement initiatives that enhance culture and employee experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of People & Culture systems, processes and projects, including HRIS (UKG) administration.
- Support remuneration and annual people processes, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Partner with the Safety team to promote a safe, compliant and positive workplace.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in a generalist Human Resources role, ideally within manufacturing, industrial or FMCG environments.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, employee relations and HR best practice.
- Experience managing recruitment, performance management and employee lifecycle activities.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using HR information systems (UKG experience is advantageous but not essential).
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline is desirable.
