Metalcore Roofing is one of Victoria's fastest-growing roofing companies, specialising in high-quality multi-dwelling residential developments.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Leading Hand who takes pride in producing exceptional work, leads by example, and wants to be part of a company that's raising the standard within the roofing industry.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for running our multi-dwelling roofing projects across Melbourne, leading your crew, maintaining quality standards and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

Working closely with our Operations Manager and Directors, you'll play a key role in delivering projects that both our builders and our team are proud of.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise roofing crews across multiple sites
- Be proficient in all things regulations and Metal roofing installations
- Maintain exceptional quality standards
- Ensure projects stay on schedule




- Mentor apprentices and younger tradesmenLiaise with builders, supervisors and our office
- Identify and solve site issues before they become problems
- Ensure all work complies with BPC Standards and company QA procedures

About You

- Has extensive roofing experience
- Has experience leading a crew
- Leads by example—not from the ute
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Communicates professionally with builders and clients
- Is organised and solutions-focused
