MECCA's Facilities team plays a vital role in creating safe,functionaland beautifully maintained spaces that enable our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.We'relooking for a proactive and highly organised Facilities Coordinator to support the maintenance of our store network across Australia and Recent Zealand.

Working closely with the Facilities Manager,you'llbe the first point of contact for store teams and contractors, coordinating both reactive and planned maintenance while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to keep our storesoperatingat their best.

The Role You Could Play:

- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance programs and reactive maintenance requests across the store network.
- Manage maintenance tickets from end to end, partnering with contractors, landlords and shopping centres to achieve service level agreements.
- Communicate maintenance activities with store teams and providetimelyupdates throughout the repair process.
- Maintainaccuratefacilities records, contractorreportsand maintenance data across systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance contractor performance, maintenanceprocessesand the overall store experience.

What You Will Bring:

- Experience in facilities, retail operations, customerserviceor a similar operational support role.




- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work calmly under pressure.
- Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across internal teams and external contractors.
- High attention to detail, a proactivemindsetand the ability to work autonomously whilemaintainingconfidentiality.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with maintenance management systems or service ticket platforms (such as Jira) isadvantageous.
