Clinica Lase is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Dermal Clinician to join our team.

Clinica Lase is a dermal clinician and nurse-led, evidence-based clinic. We care deeply about achieving meaningful results, but equally about how those results are achieved. Client safety, scientific integrity, clinical reasoning and exceptional care underpin everything we do.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in their profession and wants to continue developing their craft. You will work across advanced laser, energy-based and skin treatments, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team that openly discusses cases, shares knowledge and maintains exceptionally high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting comprehensive consultations, skin assessments and evidence-based treatment planning

Developing personalised treatment plans that consider the client’s concerns, clinical presentation, suitability, expectations and long-term skin health

Safely performing a broad range of advanced medical-grade skin, laser and energy-based treatments

Working confidently with laser and IPL technologies, RF microneedling, advanced skin treatments and chemical peels





Applying strong clinical reasoning and knowing when a treatment plan, protocol or approach should be adapted

Identifying contraindications and maintaining meticulous standards across consultation, consent, documentation and treatment delivery

Educating clients about their skin, treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare and the importance of appropriate home care

Recommending evidence-based skincare products as an important part of a complete treatment plan

Closely monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans where clinically appropriate

Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records

Collaborating with dermal clinicians, nurses, doctors and the wider clinic team to ensure continuity and consistency of care

Contributing positively to clinical discussions, team education and the ongoing improvement of clinic protocols

Providing an exceptional client experience at every stage of the client journey

Upholding the clinical, ethical and professional standards of Clinica Lase at all times

About You

You are an experienced clinician who combines strong technical ability with warmth, professionalism and genuine care for your clients.

You will bring excellent energy to the clinic and take pride in being part of a team that supports one another, shares knowledge and holds itself to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have:

A Bachelor of Health Science in Dermal Therapy, Bachelor of Nursing or an equivalent recognised qualification

Strong hands-on experience with laser and IPL, RF microneedling, chemical peels and advanced skin treatments

Sound clinical knowledge and the ability to make considered, evidence-based treatment decisions

An exceptional commitment to client safety, treatment quality and attention to detail

Impeccable customer service and a genuine ability to make clients feel understood, informed and cared for

Warm, articulate and confident communication skills

The ability to explain clinical information clearly and build trust without overpromising outcomes





A quick-learning mindset and the ability to confidently master new technologies, protocols, products and systems

A curious and thoughtful approach to skin, with a genuine desire to continue learning

A proactive, positive attitude and excellent energy

The ability to work confidently and independently while also contributing to a collaborative team

Strong organisation, time-management and record-keeping skills

Confidence recommending appropriate home care as part of an ethical and comprehensive treatment plan

Professional presentation aligned with the Clinica Lase brand
