We are excited to offer a fantastic chance for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Blue Collar Recruitment Consultantto join our successful Altona team. This role will be based with one of our major clients in Melbournes west, you will work closely with the client to assist in managing up to 300 casual employees on a day-to-day basis.

Working both independently and as part of a team with site coverage Monday to Friday between 2pm and 10pm. While a set shift is preferred, occasional shift flexibility may be necessary to cover leave.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing staff performance and training initiatives
- Attending client stakeholder meetings and contributing to strategic staffing pool planning




- Promoting a genuine commitment to safety through proactive initiatives
- Advertising, screening, interviewing & inducting candidates
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to create mutually beneficial outcomes

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

- A strong passion to succeed and deliver results
- Reliability, flexibility, initiative, and a strong work ethic
- Solid administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to follow and adhere to processes and compliance guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility in working hours
