The Role
You will support our culinary team in maintaining a seamless kitchen operation. Key duties include:
- Operating industrial dishwashers and manual pot washing.
- Ensuring all crockery and glassware are cleaned and returned to service quickly.
- Assisting chefs with basic food prep (chopping, peeling, and portioning).
- Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, including floors, surfaces, and waste removal.
- Assisting with stock deliveries and storage organization.

- Physical Fitness: The ability to stay active and lift heavy items in a busy environment.

- Flexibility: Availability for weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
