This position is vital to the Program Management Department, where the Senior Business Analyst will oversee a variety of projects, ranging from straightforward to highly complex. Reporting directly to the BA Team Leader, you will contribute to enhancing RACV's digital platforms.

What you’ll do

- Manage and analyze business requirements for diverse projects impacting RACV's websites and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a must.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Excellent communication abilities to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Minimum of 5 years in a business analysis role or similar capacity.

Nice to have

- Experience in the insurance or membership sectors.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.
