About the Chance We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a supportive residential aged care team in Morwell.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN who is passionate about delivering high-quality clinical care, building strong relationships with residents and families, and working within a values-driven aged care environment.
The successful candidate will have previous Australian residential aged care experience and a strong understanding of the clinical requirements, standards, and expectations within the Australian aged care sector.

About the Role
Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and ensuring residents receive safe, personalised, and compassionate care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality nursing care in line with resident needs and best practice standards
- Supporting clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation
- Working collaboratively with care teams, residents, and families
- Contributing to continuous improvement and positive clinical outcomes
- Supporting a robust culture of teamwork and resident-centred care
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience working in Australian residential aged care
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
- The ability to work across a rotating roster including AM, PM and Night Duty shifts
- Full working rights in Australia (essential)
