Office Administrator & Personal Assistant

About the Role

Our client requires a highly computer literate and customer-focused Administrator and Personal Assistant to join their team. In this busy and diverse role, you will workalongside the senior management team, assisting with daily administration duties and providing a high level of customer service to students, parents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide assistanceto a Head of Department
- Provideexceptional customer service, both face to face and over the phone
- Build and maintain relationshipswith staff, parents and students
- Manage diaries, calendars and timetables for individuals and the school
- Prepare, distribute andrecord correspondenceas needed
- Record and administer school attendance
- Provide ad hoc administrationsupport as required

Skills and Experience

- Strong communicationand relationship-building skills
- Tech savvy, with willingness to learn the school'sinternal CRM, Compass
- Proficient withMicrosoft Office and OneDrive
- Professional, caring and compassionate, yet self-motivated and driven
- Ability to prioritise tasksand multitask effectively
- Experience in a similar role within education highly regarded

What We're Looking For

- CurrentWorking with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Robust communicationand relationship-building skills
- A tech-savvy approach andconfidence picking up new systems
- Ability to workMonday to Thursday, 8:15am – 4:15pm, and Friday until 3:00pm
- Experience in a similar administration or PA role within an education setting highly regarded
