As a Support Worker you will play a vital role in delivering personalized, high-quality support to ensure our participants live a life of choice, independence and dignity.

We are looking for Support Workers to work in our Home & Living Program

Operating 24 hours a day 365 days a year assist our residents with all aspects of daily living from getting up in the morning to going to bed at night and everything in between, encouraging and promoting personal choice and control and empowering them at all times.

We are looking for individuals who:

- Have a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of people living with disabilities
- Have excellent communication skills and an ability to build solid relationships
- Have a previous experience in Disability Support work – advantageous but not essential we will provide training for the right candidate
- Understand that each person has a unique journey and requires a unique approach
- Are available to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons,



weekends and sleepover shifts.

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant must have or be willing to obtain:

- A Valid Victorian Drivers License
- NDIS clearance and Worker Orientation completion certificate
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Cert IV in Disability or relevant industry experience (not essential but favorable)
