Mercer seeks a Team Manager Incidents - Complex and High Risk to lead a specialist team within the Risk & Incidents unit. Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide, this hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days a week and oversees end-to-end management of the most complex, high-risk incidents.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, drive governance, remediation and containment, coach Senior Incident Managers, and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement in risk
