The Premier's Department invites expressions of interest for the temporary Associate Director, Advocacy and Complaints role in Sydney. You will lead victim-centred advocacy and complaints handling, and help establish trauma-informed, culturally protected practices to strengthen outcomes for victims of crime across NSW.

You will translate complaints data and lived experience into strategic advice for senior stakeholders, build collaborative relationships with government agencies and service providers,
