Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Nurse Manager - Aged Care Services to provide operational and clinical leadership across Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals. This role focuses on safe, effective, high-quality aged care delivery and staff development.

You will mentor senior nursing staff, drive service improvements and manage workforce, financial and clinical performance while aligning with NSW Health policies and patient-centred care philosophies.
