HOBAN is currently seeking experienced and reliable Steel Production Machine Operators to join our client's manufacturing team in Laverton.

This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who are comfortable working in a busy production environment. The position involves physical work, including repetitive lifting, and requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Steel Production Machine Operators

Available Shifts (Non-Rotating):

- Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:06pm - $36.25 per hour
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:06pm - $41.69 per hour
- Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:06am - $40.00 - $47.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate steel production machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards
- Load, unload, and handle steel products and materials
- Perform repetitive manual handling and lifting tasks
- Conduct basic machine checks and report any issues
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised production area
- Work effectively within a team to meet production targets

About You:

- Previous experience in steel manufacturing, production,



or machine operation is highly regarded
- Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work Monday to Friday on a consistent shift
- Experience operating industrial machinery is advantageous
