Project Manager – Basement & Concrete Construction

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of challenging basement and concrete structure projects.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of projects from handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and wants to be part of a growing specialist contractor.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple basement and concrete construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Develop and maintain project programs, budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
- Monitor project costs, productivity and profitability.
- Manage procurement and subcontract administration.




- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engineers and key stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Mentor Site Engineers and Site Supervisors to support project success.

About You

You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering commercial, civil or structural concrete projects.

You will ideally have:

- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
- Experience delivering basement excavation, shoring, reinforced concrete or structural construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts and project planning.
- Excellent commercial and financial management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and build strong client relationships.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Current White Card and Australian driver's licence.
