What You’ll Do

As a Job Coach, you’ll be the mentor, motivator, and connector for young people starting their career journey. Every day is different, but you’ll:

- Provide one-on-one coaching to help participants overcome barriers and build confidence.
- Work with young people to identify their strengths and career goals.
- Partner with local employers, industry, and training providers to open doors to real opportunities.
- Connect participants with training pathways (Certificate III and above).
- Lead outreach and community engagement to grow networks and create impact across East Gippsland.

About You





You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

- Passionate about supporting young people to succeed.
- Experienced in youth work, employment services, or community development.
- A natural communicator who builds strong relationships with ease.
- Motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently and in a team.
- Ready to travel across the region (driver’s licence required).
