A well-established residential aged care home in Narrandera is seeking a compassionate and clinically capable Registered Nurse to join the team within one of Australia's leading not-for-profit aged care providers.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting residents, families and the broader care team.

This role combines clinical assessments, medication management, care planning and leadership on shift within a well-established residential aged care environment.

You will work closely with the Facility Manager, clinical leaders and care staff to ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care to residents
- Administer medications and complete comprehensive clinical assessments




- Develop and review individualised care plans
- Monitor residents' health and respond to clinical changes
- Lead and support Care Staff during each shift
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Promote continuous improvement and compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards

About You

You are a compassionate, reliable and clinically confident Registered Nurse who enjoys delivering exceptional care to older Australians.

- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Previous residential aged care experience or experience in community aged care or hospital-based aged care nursing
- Full Australian working rights
- Confidence managing clinical care and medication administration
- A commitment to delivering safe, person-centred care
