Maiolo Bros is looking for an experienced, qualified Painter or Leading Hand to join our team. We have a strong pipeline of work and are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and wants a long-term career with a well-established company.

We are seeking someone who is reliable, punctual, hardworking and able to work independently or lead a team when required. The successful applicant will be confident, follow instructions, adapt to different work environments and contribute positively to our team.

About the Role

The majority of our work involves repainting:

- Inner-city homes
- Retirement villages
- Schools
- Apartment buildings
- Commercial and maintenance projects

Most projects are located throughout Melbourne's inner suburbs.

Essential Requirements





- Certificate III in Painting & Decorating with at least 2 years' full-time experience, or 3 years' full time painting experience
- White Card
- Ability to work safely on scaffolding and boom lifts
- Working with Children Check and Boom Lift Licence are highly regarded
- Professional communication skills when dealing with clients and the public
