Building & Maintenance Tradespeople - Multiple Trades

Kepal Building Services Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated Building & Maintenance Services Company delivering our services across Victoria, with operations based in Bendigo and regional locations across the state.

We maintain public infrastructure and housing to ensure a high-quality, accessible living environment for our community.

- Make Safe & Emergency Repairs
- Insurance & Remediation Works
- Local Government Asset Renewal

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced tradespeople to join our team based in Mildura.

We are interested in hearing from candidates with experience in a range of building trades, including carpentry, painting, plastering, general building maintenance/handyman work and other related trades.

The successful candidate must be willing to travel to various work locations across Victoria and occasionally stay away from home when required.

We are looking for a Full-Time Employee for this position.

To be considered for this role, the following attributes and experience would be favourable:

- Experience in the building and construction industry
- Experience in one or more relevant trades, including painting,



plastering, carpentry or general building maintenance
- General building maintenance skills
- General home and garden maintenance experience
- Ability to collect and deliver materials to job sites
- Ability to complete site clean-ups and assist with general labouring duties
- Victorian OH&S; Construction Industry Card (White Card)
- Current Full Driver's Licence
- Current Police Check
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Positive outlook and professional attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Willingness to travel and occasionally stay away from home for work when required
- Ability to adapt to changing work requirements
