Role Overview

NTT Data is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the delivery of strategic digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to implement new initiatives, improve end-to-end product value streams, drive product discovery activities, manage product roadmaps and backlogs, and ensure outcomes align with organisational objectives and user needs. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, product leadership, and delivery oversight in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business owners and stakeholders to deliver new initiatives and enhance existing products and services.
- Lead product discovery, requirement refinement, and solution identification activities across business and technology teams.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, and backlogs aligned to strategic objectives.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, influence decision-making,



and communicate progress across multiple levels of the organisation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centred outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor product delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders.
- Support the optimisation of business processes, technology capabilities, information flows, and user experiences.

Skills & Experience

- Strong previous experience in Product Management within complex business and technology environments.
- Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, roadmap development, prioritisation, and outcome-focused delivery.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders and delivery teams.
- Strong background leading cross-functional teams and enabling team-oriented, evidence-based decision making.
- Experience conducting user-centred discovery activities and translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, system architecture, data flows, and technology delivery practices.
- Hold an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.
