Factory & Installations Coordinator | Construction Industry | Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced, organised, and hands-on Factory & Installations Coordinator to join our Melbourne team.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our factory while coordinating installation schedules and supporting our production team.

This position would suit someone from the construction, cabinetmaking, stonemasonry, joinery, or building industry who enjoys problem-solving, planning, and working closely with both office staff and tradespeople.

About the Role

- Coordinating and scheduling daily installation teams.
- Managing the day-to-day workflow of the factory.
- Liaising with builders, cabinetmakers, installers, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensuring jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Monitoring production schedules and meeting deadlines.
- Organising materials, deliveries, and site requirements.




- Assisting the factory team where required and leading by example.
- Maintaining quality control and attention to detail.
- Identifying and resolving issues before they impact production or installations.

About You

- Experience in the construction, building, stonemasonry, cabinetmaking or related industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise multiple jobs.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work independently while leading a team.
