Frontline Construction Canberra is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full time role offering a competitive salary of AUD$100,000 to AUD$150,000, reflecting the importance of the position within the organisation. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the heart of building Frontline's workforce, identifying and placing top talent across the construction sector. - Build and manage a pipeline of construction professionals, from site workers through to senior management
- AUD$100,000 to AUD$150,000 plus superannuation and benefits
- Permanent role with scope to grow your recruitment practice and client base





Preferred Requirements

- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within construction, trades, or a related industry
- Strong ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets and KPIs
- Knowledge of the construction sector, including common roles, qualifications, and industry challenges

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Relevant recruitment certification or professional membership (e.g. AHRI, RCSA)
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
