An established and well-respected Owners Corporation business is seeking an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing a quality portfolio and working within a collaborative and supportive environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Owners Corporations while delivering exceptional service to committees, owners and stakeholders.

- Managing a residential and mixed-use Owners Corporation portfolio.
- Building solid relationships with owners, committees and contractors.
- Preparing and chairing Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and capital works.
- Managing contractor quotations, tenders and service agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice.

About You

To be considered, you will have:





- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 Owners Corporations.
- Strong knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act and associated legislation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- Sound financial literacy and experience interpreting budgets and financial reports.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
