What you'll do

- Design and deploy comprehensive automated testing frameworks and tooling that advance quality engineering principles and enable earlier detection of defects in the development cycle
- Expand automated test coverage spanning multiple layers including application programming interfaces, system integration points, and graphical user interfaces
- Embed quality verification activities seamlessly into the organization's continuous integration and deployment infrastructure
- Work closely with development engineers, product managers, and cross-functional team members to proactively identify potential quality concerns and establish mitigation strategies
- Engage in manual exploratory testing sessions to uncover edge cases and validate release candidates before production deployment
- Drive initiatives focused on establishing rapid feedback mechanisms that enable teams to detect and resolve issues earlier in the software delivery process
- Champion practices that lead to more stable and reliable software releases through improved testing strategies and quality gates
- Contribute to the evolution of testing standards and best practices across the engineering organization




- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality considerations in application architecture
- Monitor and analyze test results to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improving overall product quality
- Support the creation of documentation and knowledge sharing around testing approaches, frameworks, and quality metrics
- Advocate for quality-focused thinking throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle

Requirements

- Demonstrated proficiency in software development using languages such as C#,.NET framework, TypeScript, JavaScript, or working with SQL Server databases
- Substantial hands‑on experience building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks from the ground up
- Deep technical knowledge in automating tests across API endpoints, integration scenarios, and user interface interactions
- Solid grasp of continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies along with DevOps cultural practices
- Passionate commitment to automation‑first approaches, quality excellence, and relentless pursuit of process improvements
- Team‑oriented attitude with the confidence to question established processes and propose innovative alternatives
- Ability to analyze complex systems and identify critical areas requiring test coverage
- Experience working in agile development environments with iterative delivery cycles

- Background working in financial services, wealth management, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with performance testing, security testing,
