The role and what we are looking for

As our business continues to expand into recent regions, sectors and markets, we're looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Specialist to elevate our digital presence and bring our brand story to life.

This is a newly created role with real scope — you'll own the social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn and Facebook, build and manage a proactive content calendar, and produce the content yourself across copy, graphics, and ad hoc photo and video. You'll collaborate across the business to find the authentic stories that showcase our people, projects and culture, and use performance insights to keep improving what you put out.

The goal is simple: go from where we are today to a consistent, high-frequency content presence that reflects a business growing into recent regions and sectors. If you're someone who sees a blank canvas as an opportunity rather than a problem, this role was built for you.

To be successful you will bring:

- Experience managing business social media channels and producing engaging content across LinkedIn and Facebook
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for what resonates
- Experience building and maintaining a social media content calendar
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
- Basic photography and videography capability — confident to capture ad hoc content on site and in the business without waiting for a staged shoot
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation
- A proactive, self-driven approach and the confidence to take ownership without waiting for a brief
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field




- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or a site-based industry is highly regarded
