Americold is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations at our Prospect NSW site, ensuring protected, efficient, and compliant movement of product while delivering exceptional service. The role drives operational performance, builds team capability, and supports supply to high-volume networks.
We are looking for 3–5 years of leadership in warehousing or logistics, with strong WMS/RF experience, and a background in business or logistics education.
