Our client is looking for an experienced Payroll Business Analyst with strong SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience to join a major payroll transformation program. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative project team delivering a large-scale payroll implementation.

What you'll be doing

- Partner with Payroll, HR, Technology and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Analyse current payroll processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop business process maps and requirements documentation.
- Support SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs and defect resolution.




- Work closely with project managers, solution architects and implementation partners.
- Contribute to successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Business Analyst.
- Solid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience.
- End-to-end payroll process knowledge.
- Experience on payroll implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience supporting testing and business readiness activities
