In this role:

We are seeking a Senior QA/Test Analyst to join our newly centralised Group Technology testing function.

This role will help establish and operate a new QA framework and embed consistent testing practices across the organisation.

Your work will contribute to ensuring high-quality outcomes are delivered.

As part of a growing function, you will play a key role in shaping testing standards, governance, and delivery consistency.

About you

The ideal candidate has experience in the end-to-end systems development lifecycle, spanning analysis, design, build, test, implementation and operations.

You will have a strong understanding of how test quality can be impacted throughout the development lifecycle.

You are hands-on, detail-oriented,



and confident in driving process improvements in collaboration with multiple IT delivery functions.

A proactive and motivated mindset is essential, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support team success in a fast-evolving environment.
