Avant Mutual Group is seeking a Senior Claims Manager to lead our civil claims team in Melbourne on a permanent, full-time basis. The role reports to the Claims Team Manager (Civil Claims) in Victoria and suits practicing solicitors seeking work-life balance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in medical negligence claims within insurance or law, with solid breach, causation and quantum knowledge, and a track record in settlement strategy and negotiations.
