Job Description

Reporting to executive leadership and working closely with the board, the Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all front and back‑of‑house hospitality operations across the club’s multiple outlets. This role requires a highly visible and hands‑on leader who can balance operational excellence with genuine member engagement and team development.





You will be responsible for creating an exceptional member experience while building a strong internal culture and supporting the continued evolution of the club’s hospitality offering.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading daily hospitality operations across multiple outlets and service styles
- Developing and mentoring department leaders and broader venue teams
- Building solid relationships with members and fostering community engagement
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team on menu development and service delivery
- Supporting strategic initiatives and presenting operational insights to the board as required

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality leader with a strong background in premium service environments, multi‑outlet operations and people leadership. You will possess a collaborative and professional management style, along with the ability to build meaningful relationships across all levels of the business.

- Proven senior leadership experience within hospitality, clubs, hotels or premium venues
- Solid operational understanding across food, beverage and events
- Demonstrated success in developing teams and building positive workplace culture
