Roshana Care Group is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee Lee Aged Care (27-bed) and Uralba Aged Care (22-bed) in Blayney, NSW. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care in a safe, well‑governed setting.

This senior role requires current RN registration (AHPRA) and proven aged care leadership, governance knowledge, budgeting, and stakeholder management. You will drive continuous improvement and workforce development across both facilities.
