This is a rare opportunity to lead the delivery of multimillion-dollar luxury resort developments while mentoring a high-performing team within a vertically integrated ASX-listed business. You'll oversee every aspect of the project lifecycle, delivering communities that set the benchmark in luxury living.

As a Senior Development Manager at GemLife, you will:

- Lead the delivery of multimillion-dollar lifestyle resort developments from acquisition and approvals through to completion and handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including our in-house construction teams.
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of Development Managers and project professionals, fostering accountability, capability and exceptional project outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

- A degree in property economics, business, urban planning, civil engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of development management experience, with a proven track record managing projects over $50 million.




- Expertise in land and built-form development, planning, design, and end-to-end project management.
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience working with QLD local councils and familiarity with town planning processes.
- A self-motivated, passionate individual ready to manage multiple projects at various stages.
- Availability to travel to projects as required.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee development projects from concept to completion.
- Manager consultants, contractors, project approvals, and key stakeholder relationships.
- Lead the project team to ensure milestones are met and strategic goals aligned.
- Prepare estimates, manage resources, and maintain budgets.
- Foster innovation, creativity, and teamwork in solving challenges.
- Mentor staff and drive excellence throughout the team.
