Workfast is looking for a Road Crew HR Driver to join our Road Sealing Team at **Laverton, VIC.
Rural Crew
This position is living away from home. You will be leaving the depot on Monday morning and returning on Friday or Saturday.**
- Above award rate, $37.66 per hour + OT + Super
- This position will be starting in the next 3-6 weeks
- Laverton depot location
- Extra $105 LAFHA per day when you're away from home
- Earn up to $2700+ pw
What you get

Metro Crew
- Above award rate, $37.66 per hour + OT + Super
- This position will be starting in the next 3-6 weeks
- Laverton depot location
- Start from approx. $1450 pw
- Metro-based positions
- Work vehicle during work hours
- Monday to Saturday, 8-12 hours per day
What you need:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating HC/HR trucks
- Experience in general labouring
- Living away from home availability
- Transparent Police Check
- White Card
- Traffic Control Tickets
- Current HC/HR Truck Licence
- Pre-employment medical and drug and Alcohol test
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Strong commitment to safety and quality

- Customer-focused & excellent attention to detail
What you will be doing:
- Labouring experience as part of a team
- Operating HC/HR truck for road sealing tasks
- Working in various weather conditions
- Following supervisor instructions
- Completing tasks as assigned by the site supervisor
