At Elite Hair Clinic, our Hair Transplant Nurses are at the heart of every procedure. You'll work side-by-side with our specialist team through each stage of the hair transplant process, playing a hands-on role in delivering results that genuinely change people's lives.

Your responsibilities will include

- Assisting the team directly during FUE hair transplant procedures, including graft handling, counting and planting.
- Performing PRF treatments as part of our post-procedure recovery protocols
- Managing pre-op preparation and post-op care to ensure every patient is supported and gets the best possible outcome
- Consulting with prospective patients over the phone and in person to guide them through their hair restoration journey
- Upholding the highest medical protocols and hygiene standards throughout every procedure
- Supporting the training and development of new and existing team members
- Contributing to the day-to-day running of the clinic as needed

Comprehensive procedural training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to develop deep expertise in one of the most technically skilled areas of cosmetic medicine. We are also seeking experienced FUE Technicians. If you have hands-on experience in hair transplant procedures and are looking to join a rapidly growing team, we'd love to hear from you.

You understand that what happens in the procedure room directly shapes a patient's confidence and outcome.

You'll also bring

- AHPRA registration and a nursing qualification
- Experience as a registered nurse (hair transplant or surgical experience highly regarded)
- Proficiency in blood collection, or a willingness to train
- The physical stamina and concentration to perform at your best across extended procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- A warm, patient-first approach that puts people at ease before, during, and after their procedure
