Role: Guidewire Technical Lead

Work location: Australia / NZ

Total Experience: 8+ Years

Relevant Experience: 6-8 Years

Duration:24 months Contract / Permanent

Compulsory Certification Level: Lead (ACE) Integration Certification - Mammoth, Niseko, Olos

Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Technical Leadership & Architecture

- Own the integration architecture and patterns (APIs, messaging, ETL, eventing) across the program.
- Translate business and solution architecture into detailed integration designs, sequence diagrams, and interface contracts.
- Define and maintain API specifications, message schemas,



and data mappings for all integration points.
- Lead technical design reviews and provide guidance to integration developers on best practices and standards.

Delivery & Implementation

- Lead a small team of integration developers through design, build, unit testing, and deployment.
- Break down integration work into deliverables, estimate effort, and support sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Ensure integrations are secure, resilient, and scalable, including error handling, idempotency, and observability.
- Collaborate with Solution/Technical Architects, Application Leads, QA, and DevOps/Platform teams to ensure smooth end to end delivery.
