Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Guest Relations Specialist to join our Princess Cruises Guest Relations team in a fully remote role.

As a Guest Relations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by resolving pre-cruise, onboard and post-cruise guest concerns. Working closely with guests, travel agents, onboard teams, shoreside teams and external partners, you'll provide thoughtful, timely and effective solutions that enhance guest satisfaction and strengthen brand loyalty.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role that requires excellent communication skills, sound judgement, resilience and a genuine passion for creating positive outcomes for our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Managing and resolving guest and travel agent enquiries relating to pre-cruise, onboard and post-cruise experiences via phone, email and case management systems
- Delivering timely, empathetic and effective resolutions, with a strong focus on first-contact resolution within agreed service level targets
- Assessing guest concerns and determining appropriate solutions within established guidelines
- Supporting onboard teams, shoreside stakeholders and external partners with real-time guest experience issues
- Identifying recurring guest trends and providing insights to support service improvements




- Collaborating with international Guest Relations teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience
- Maintaining current knowledge of Princess Cruises products, services and procedures

About You You are passionate about helping customers and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same. You have experience handling escalated customer enquiries and can confidently manage challenging conversations with empathy, professionalism and sound judgement.

You are highly organised, adaptable and resilient under pressure. Most importantly, you take pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences and finding the right solution for every guest To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience in customer relations, complaints resolution, guest services, contact centre or customer care environments
- Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Resilience and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Confidence using MS Office and booking systems
- Experience within the travel, hospitality, cruise or tourism industry will be highly regarded
