About the role - Group Financial Planning & Analysis.
Operating at a consolidated Group level, this FP&A; role partners closely with regional finance teams and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful financial insights, drive consistency in reporting, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
You’ll play a key part in consolidating budgets, forecasts and financial results across multiple entities — helping leaders understand performance, identify trends, and make informed commercial decisions. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and financial modelling, you’ll transform financial and operational data into actionable insights that improve visibility and support growth. Key responsibilities
Support the consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-range plans across multiple business units and entities
Assist with planning templates, financial models and forecasting tools; contribute to monthly forecast updates, variance analysis, scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
Consolidate financial results and prepare monthly reporting packs; analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior periods
Monitor revenue, margin, utilisation, operating costs and profitability; support executive, leadership and Board reporting materials
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, planning, commercial analysis, business cases and investment evaluation
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data; support improvements to dashboards, reporting tools and analytical capability
Partner with finance teams to improve processes and data visibility; utilise ERP and reporting tools to drive efficiency and insight
Maintain data quality, help standardise reporting across regions, and support KPI development (including technology metrics such as recurring revenue, cloud consumption and managed services performance)
Build strong working relationships with finance and business stakeholders and respond promptly to analysis requests About you
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or a related discipline
3–5 years’ experience in group FP&A;, management reporting, commercial finance or a related finance role
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and clearly communicate financial information
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; Power BI or other data visualisation tools desirable
