Industrial Electrician - Manufacturing & Aluminium Fabrication

$50 - $55/hr + Super

Day Shift (Approx. 6:00am - 2:00pm) + occasional weekend work

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Industrial Electrician to join a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of fabricated and semi-fabricated aluminium products. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term employment with a reputable organisation offering stable hours and potential for permanent placement.

About the Role

You will be responsible for electrical maintenance, fault finding, and installation work within a quick-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves supporting production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining safe and efficient operations across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations on industrial machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults in production equipment
- Work with PLC-controlled systems and automated machinery
- Support preventative maintenance programs




- Ensure all work is completed in line with WHS and electrical safety standards
- Assist with general site electrical upgrades and improvements
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams

Requirements

- Fully qualified Electrician (Electrical Licence required)
- Industrial electrical experience (commercial/residential experience also considered)
- Experience working with PLC systems
- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket - working above 11m highly regarded
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work day shifts with occasional weekend work
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
