About the Role

As the first point of contact for our office, you'll play a key role in supporting our Property Management team while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming clients and visitors to the office

- Answering phone calls and managing enquiries





- Assisting our Property Managers with daily administration

- Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor bookings

- Preparing documents and correspondence

- Managing keys, mail and general office administration
