The Chance

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our high-performing team delivering civil infrastructure projects across North Queensland .

Working closely with the Project Manager, you will lead site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll build strong relationships with crews, subcontractors and project stakeholders while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily site operations




- Drive productivity and programme outcomes
- Coordinate subcontractors and project teams
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
- Ensure quality, environmental and compliance standards are met
- Support the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve outstanding outcomes

About You

You’ll bring:

- Certificate III in Civil Construction
- Extensive civil construction experience
- Proven experience leading site teams in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A commitment to safety, quality and environmental excellence
- The ability to deliver value-for-money outcomes and meet project programmes

Desirable:

- Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision
