The Opportunity
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing current marketing initiatives in Australia & Current Zealand, while participating in shaping and executing the company’s future marketing direction across all channels. This 'hands on' multifaceted position encompasses various aspects of marketing and support including (but not limited to) social media, digital advertising, content generation, POS creation, event assistance and asset management. A basic/intermediate level of experience in graphic design would be an advantage!
Key Duties / Responsibilities
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve short and long-term business goals
Be the direct contact for all regional athletes and ambassadors
Develop solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including agencies, shopping centres, retail store managers, media and corporate partners
Prepare, coordinate and execute the production of all POS material for retail stores
Manage and maintain data libraries housing marketing materials
Assist in the development of a regional social media strategy
Oversee and maintain all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Pinterest)
Assist with the creation and management of digital and traditional advertising
Monitoring ROI and ensuring budget adherence

Required Experience
Minimum 1 year in related marketing role (degree/diploma in marketing or related field would be an advantage)
Detailed understanding of social media channels
Experience tracking and reporting on digital marketing campaigns and updating online assets
Experience with Facebook ad manager
Have an understanding of affiliate & ambassador networks
Experience developing and curating engaging content for social media platforms
Understanding of working to budgets and KPI’s
Some graphic design experience would be highly regarded!
