A leading digital consumer business is seeking a commercially minded Corporate Development Manager to support strategic growth initiatives across new and emerging markets.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with senior leaders to identify, assess and progress new commercial opportunities. The role will suit someone who enjoys market research, commercial analysis, partner engagement and coordinating multiple internal stakeholders to drive momentum across a growth pipeline.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting market and opportunity research across new and emerging markets
- Developing market, competitor and partner mapping
- Preparing briefing notes, market overviews, partner profiles and opportunity summaries
- Supporting early-stage commercial assessment, opportunity sizing and strategic fit analysis
- Assisting with partner engagement, meeting preparation and follow-up
- Coordinating internal stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Product, Risk and Compliance
- Maintaining an opportunity pipeline, including key actions, risks, dependencies and milestones
- Producing regular status updates and reporting for senior leadership




- Supporting documentation and knowledge management across opportunities and markets

The ideal candidate:

- 4–6 years’ experience in corporate development, strategy, consulting, commercial analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical and research capability, with the ability to synthesise market, regulatory and commercial information
- Excellent written communication skills, including experience preparing transparent, structured materials for senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
- Experience supporting cross-functional commercial initiatives involving Legal, Finance, Product, Risk or Compliance
- Exposure to digital consumer, technology, regulated or high-growth businesses, highly regarded
- A proactive, execution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
