The Alva, Brisbane, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the hotel maintenance team and ensure guest spaces are well cared for.

You'll oversee preventative maintenance, coordinate repairs across trades, and drive a guest-first, detail-oriented approach while maintaining efficiency and consistency in how work gets done. This hands‑on role requires physical fitness and a calm, proactive leadership style, reporting to the Operations Manager.
