RFP and Asset Consultant Support Analyst

We are currently seeking an RFP and Asset Consultant Support Analyst to join a leading global investment management firm based in Sydney.

This role plays an important part in supporting the firm’s institutional distribution and consultant relations activities across the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with consultant relations, product, investment, and client servicing teams, you will be responsible for maintaining consultant databases, supporting RFP and RFI processes, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of investment-related information provided to key stakeholders.

This position would suit a detail-oriented professional with 2 + years experience in investment management, asset consultancy, RFPs, or institutional client servicing / investment consulting or distribution support team for an institutional asset manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update quantitative and qualitative information across consultant and third-party databases
- Support the completion of RFIs, short-form RFPs, and consultant information requests
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including product specialists, investment writers, marketing, and client servicing teams
- Assist in managing consultant-related queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of investment, product, and firm information across platforms and materials




- Coordinate regular database updates, product additions, and content reviews
- Track submission outcomes and support broader consultant relations initiatives across the APAC region

Skills & Experience

Required

- 2+ years’ experience within investment management, institutional asset management, or investment consulting
- Exposure to consultant relations, RFPs, database management, client servicing, or related functions
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with quantitative data
- Solid understanding of investments and portfolio management concepts
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional and collaborative approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team

Preferred

- Previous experience within an institutional asset manager, investment consulting firm, or consultant relations/RFP environment
- Knowledge of institutional investment products and distribution channels
