About the role

We're looking for an organised, hands‑on leader to join our team as Warehouse Supervisor.

Hueseeka is an Australian retail and wholesale brand supplying candles, decor and event styling products to brides, event stylists, retailers and homes across Australia. Every order we send is an opportunity to create a memorable experience for our customers, and you'll play an important role in ensuring every order is dispatched accurately, efficiently and to the highest standard.

You’ll lead a small warehouse team, keeping our pick, pack and dispatch running smoothly and accurately while staying hands‑on yourself. You’ll set the pace and the standard on the floor. How we organise stock, how carefully we pack, and how reliably orders go out the door. You don't need warehouse experience to succeed here; the skills that matter transfer from plenty of other roles and industries, and we'll teach you our operation.

If you've successfully led a team in retail, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics or another fast‑paced environment, we'd like to hear from you. Leadership, organisation and a strong work ethic are more important to us than warehouse experience. We'll provide full training in our warehouse operations, including forklift licence training and certification.

Enjoys a fast‑paced, physical, hands‑on workplace

Naturally organised, with high attention to detail and a genuine care for order and cleanliness

Confident leading and motivating a small team, and comfortable holding people to a standard

Able to prioritise a workload, plan the day and meet deadlines

Good physical fitness and high energy

Mature, positive and calm under pressure

Punctual and reliable — non‑negotiable for us

Leadership aptitude matters more to us than previous warehouse experience.

What you'll be doing

Leading the team

Coordinate the daily workflow across your team, allocate tasks and keep the floor moving

Set and hold the standard for pick, pack and dispatch quality and pace

Train and support team members, and help them improve

Keep the warehouse safe, tidy and compliant with workplace health and safety

Look for ways to improve the quality of our products and service, and put them into practice

On the floor

Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently

Replenish pick shelves from bulk locations, and move stock between bulk locations

Maintain cleanliness and order across the warehouse

Work with the team to unpack containers

Run periodic stock counts to keep our stock accuracy high

Hours

Full‑time

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
