About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to join our operations and customer service team. This unique role blends warehouse duties with front-line customer and sales support — ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys variety in their day.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our warehouse, while also playing a key role in assisting patients, clinics, and pharmacy partners with product queries, order processing, and delivery coordination — all within a regulated, patient-focused environment .

Key Responsibilities





Warehouse Support

- Execute warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving, and dispatching products, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery
- Monitor Stocktakes and maintain inventory levels
- Manage deliveries to/from Post Office and logistics partners
- Complete and manage essential documentation and compliance records
- Manipulating and updating data to assist the organisation to make good and informed decisions
- Monitor inventory expiry dates

- Maintain strict chain of custody controls
- Ensure compliant vault movements and audit-ready documentation at all times
- Support regulatory reporting accuracy

Sales & Customer Support

- Communicate professionally with patients, clinics, pharmacies, and vendors
- Process online orders and assist with invoicing and documentation
- Monitor and track deliveries, ensuring customer expectations are met
- Support the team with admin and sales-related tasks
- Provide a warm, informed, and compliant customer service experience
- Help with invoice collection and Xero reconciliation

What You’ll Bring

- A positive, can-do attitude with solid attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures, particularly in a regulated setting
- High level of initiative, reliability, and problem-solving
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or admin role (preferred)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable learning/using new software (google suite, Xero, Cin7)

- Current National Police Check
